"There will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars . . . Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."
—Luke 21:25a, 28

It is rare that Scripture, science, and history align with each other, yet the last three series of Four Blood Moons have done exactly that. Are these the "signs" that God refers to in His Word? If they are, what do they mean? What is their prophetic significance?
In this riveting audio book, Pastor John Hagee explores the supernatural connection of certain celestial events to biblical prophecy — and to the future of God's chosen people and to the nations of the world.
Just as in biblical times, God is controlling the sun, the moon, and the stars to send our generation a signal that something big is about to happen. The question is: Are we watching and listening for His message?

Dean Gallagher's skilled narration outlines Hagee's belief that God uses celestial phenomena to warn of coming trials, judgments, or momentous events. With crisp, clear diction, Gallagher outlines four rare total lunar eclipses, beginning in April 2014 and continuing through September 2015, which astronomers call rare "blood moons," or tetrads. He explores the theory of a supernatural connection between celestial events, Israel, and Bible prophecy, using examples of lunar eclipses that occurred on the Jewish feast days of Passover and Sukkoth in 1967-1968 and during Israel's Six-Day War. Gallagher convincingly delivers Hagee's thoughts on the forecasted blood moons, Bible prophecy, end-time events, the Rapture, and the imminent return of Jesus Christ prophesied in Daniel, Ezekiel, and Revelation. In his latest, pastor Hagee draws connections between celestial events and biblical prophecies. Operating under the initial assumption that god controls various heavenly bodies (e.g. the sun, moon, and stars), Hagee seeks to interpret the spiritual message behind various astronomical phenomena. As the subtitle suggests, Hagee urgently believes change is coming, and he cautions his readers to be on the lookout for messages from God. Gallagher proves a compelling narrator. He reads clearly and briskly, which works to maintain listener interest. Hagee is clearly a devoted pastor and Gallagher does an excellent job capturing that devotion and the fervency of the author’s beliefs. At the same time, Gallagher’s narration is conversational and practical, and he reads in a matter-of-fact way that makes the author’s material seem down-to-earth. A Worthy hardcover.
